The single most common withdrawal complaint — on any site — is the 7-day delay, and it is always Valve's trade hold, not the site's fault. When you accept a trade without Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, Steam holds it for 7 days as an anti-fraud measure. No case site can bypass this. Enable the mobile authenticator (not just email guard) at least 7 days before you plan to withdraw, and your trades clear instantly.

That's Steam's trade hold, not the site. Without Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, Valve holds every accepted trade for 7 days. Enable it in Steam settings to remove the hold.
